Swat District also known as the Swat Valley is a district in the Malakand Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. With a population of 2,309,570 per the 2017 national census, Swat is the 15th-largest district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with many popular tourist attractions.
Swat District is centered on the Valley of Swat, usually referred to simply as Swat, which is a natural geographic region surrounding the Swat River. The valley was a major centre of early Buddhism under the ancient kingdom of Gandhara, and was a major centre of Gandharan Buddhism, with pockets of Buddhism persisting in the valley until the 17th century, after which the area became largely Muslim. Swat was conquered by many empires in its history. In 1849, after the fall of Sikhs to the British forces, Swat was established as a Princely state under British suzerainty as part of the British Raj.

In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund. 4) On adventure trips like this, factors such as weather, local politics, transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may result in changes to the itinerary. While substantial alterations are unlikely, the group leader and guide will decide the best alternative in the interests of the whole group. 5) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the transport.6) Participants must carry a valid computerized CNIC/passport card. 7) Time management and punctuality are strongly recommended. 8) Participants are advised to wear non-slippery hoes/boots/joggers/DMs and avoid wearing heels or dress shoes. 9) Air conditioning in buses will be operated on an on-off basis during steep ascents in mountainous areas to prevent overheating. 10) The company will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the trip.
